Branding, web design, & e-commerce for Georgia-based advanced nurse practitioners, Ask a Nurse Midwife

A Certified Nurse Midwife is an independent licensed healthcare professional who specializes in women’s reproductive health and childbirth. In addition to attending births, they perform annual exams, give contraceptive counseling, perform minor office procedures, repair any lacerations as a result of birth, assist in performing cesarean birth, and write prescriptions. Ask a Nurse Midwife is the top tier for women’s healthcare in their area.
When Kristy and Mitra approached us, they needed to explore their brand fully, and the best way for them to do that was to put them through our branding process. This process not only helps our clients to learn about their brand, but also provides vital logo files and brand messaging for pro-active marketing:

The Problem

Kristy and Mitra exclusively sold their courses and training by email, and with limited time, their sales were extremely limited. They needed a site that would not only tell the story of their brand, but also encompass the e-commerce functions of their virtual and live classes, scheduling, and communications.

E-commerce for Ask a Nurse Midwife was complex and encompassed several different systems– Because of their unique offerings, each product needed to send its own email out with links to scheduling through Calandly. We also put a lot of work into integrating a free class as a lead conversion tool– something that has been a huge bonus to converting cold leads into warm leads.

What made Ask a Nurse Midwife love their new brand and site?

Having a team that listened to, and anticipated their needs was huge for them, as well as finding a team that quickly responded to their request and resolved any change requests or bugs. Every business needs a great team behind what they do, and Ask a Nurse Midwife found theirs with Fingerprint.
Working with Ask a Nurse Midwife was a rewarding process that we’ve been thrilled to be a part of. We are now working with them on content marketing and website maintenance which means security, updates, backups, support, hosting, search engine optimization, and peace of mind.
