But, their current website didn’t allow them to update their store and products—which left them at the mercy of their web company, and they had to wait through gaps in their current schedule for updates to be made, and they paid the price of this captive data.

This custom-built item comparison meant that their customers could compare any items in their product selection to make smarter buying decisions (and to ensure they returned as customers).
