About Kenmore Aero Services
Kenmore Aero Services is a Fixed Based Operation (FBO) offering aviation fueling, ground services, and pilot amenities at Boeing Field in Seattle, WA. For over 70 years, Kenmore has been the Pacific Northwest’s world-renowned seaplane airline and bringing the business to Boeing field just made good sense.
As exciting as this new adventure was, Kenmore’s website wasn’t ready to take on all of the additional action. They knew their website was stuck in the status of “virtual-world placeholder” and it did not reflect all of the services they offer nor did it live up to the Kenmore brand and reputation.
Understanding that a website is a business’s portal to the world, Kenmore Communications Manager, Jason Richard knew they had to spend the time necessary to develop a great website — one that would not only serve the business well, but a site they would be proud to show off to their customers. Kenmore has an excellent reputation and they wanted to pay homage to the brand and community.
Kenmore also knew their potential website visitors and customers had experienced poor service with competing companies and a new website was a significant part of their plan to rise above their competition so they could stand out and be noticed.
In addition to the website, they also wanted help with their branding, specifically a tagline that would further distinguish their company.
Having marketing agency experience himself, Richard knew what to look for in a company that would truly partner with Kenmore Aero Services to create their new site.
The Kenmore team wanted a local agency so they could have face-to-face time and allow the developers to get to know them, their services, and their “voice”. As the work began, they also appreciated the ability to effectively communicate remotely so the more detailed decisions could be made quickly and without a disruption in busy schedules.
The partnership with Fingerprint Marketing allowed Kenmore to achieve just what they were looking for — a visually driven, world-class website and a unique tagline that gets them noticed. In Richard’s words, “Pia and her team really knocked it out of the park! It was a collaborative and great process that led us to our tagline that we’re using today – ‘Unchain Your Experience’. We had a great time building this out and it was a crazy-easy schedule. I worked very closely with the team and, ultimately, we were very happy with what came out of it.”
Kenmore is now benefitting from a web presence they are proud to put in front of current customers as well as to use in communicating with the public. Their branding upgrades have helped drive new business and increase sales.
