Modern Web Design for Kirkland Communications Company, NetAcquire

NetAcquire is a privately-held company that develops and manufactures advanced, mission-critical communications products for aerospace markets, including satellite, aircraft, radar, and DoD test range markets.

The Problem

NetAcquire’s previous website fell into a common design mishap often made by older web sites: the more words on the page, the smaller the font. Fingerprint’s task was to dismantle vast amounts of copy and separate it into manageable, user-friendly (and visually captivating!) portions.

The Solution

The end result is a win for both NetAcquire and the general public. Fingerprint designers combined the science of NetAcquire with artistic elements, creating a pleasing aesthetic throughout the site: straightforward fonts and candid photography cater to a scientific audience. Complicated products or terms are helpfully linked in fly-out tabs so as to not distract those who would find these terms confusing. Finally, potential clients view succinct copy on a background of neutral color framed by borders of technology or nature. The overall effect is utilitarian while yet artistic and intelligent.

We are now working with NetAcquire on website maintenance which means security, updates, backups, support, hosting, search engine optimization, and peace of mind.
