Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) is a not-for-profit, member-owned organization of over 28,000 real estate professionals, governed by our elected Board of Directors. Their purpose is to provide resources to their members that benefit the communities they serve.
NWMLS needed to align their suite of materials under the same umbrella of look & feel. They liked their current colors and branded materials, but needed a more concise guide and standardized design styles.
Fingerprint Marketing redesigned a great deal of assets to better reflect the brand’s new and more coherent style. They began by creating a Brand Style Guide which dictates all elements of the brand and states rules for proper use in any situation. Above all, it ensures consistency of the NWMLS brand through every instance of design. Included in this list of designed assets are business cards, email signatures, a PowerPoint deck, rack cards, social media assets and trifold brochures.
NWMLS now has a cohesive brand with a solid set of assets that they can distribute membership wide.
