PILMMA (Personal Injury Lawyers Marketing and Management Association), is the brainchild of attorney, Ken Hardison. Ken created PILMMA to share his attorney trade secrets to build a profitable and successful law practice. It has grown into a multi-million-dollar organization with members from across the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Their goals are to help as many lawyers as possible create the practice of their dreams, to help lawyers cultivate more profits, more freedom and greater success on their own terms, by providing its members with a multitude of practical and proven pools, tactics, strategies, coaching and mentoring.

When the team at PILMMA contact us their main aim was to have a website that is not only pleasing to the eye, elegant and modern, but to also appeal to high-end potential clients by showcasing their membership programs, annual summit and resources.

The Problem

PILMMA had various platforms where elements of their website were built that were not displaying any brand-cohesion and with a site of this size, they needed a simpler way to not only sell their programs, but to maintain the website in future. One of their immediate problems was that the project entailed multiple layers: an existing membership platform, their CRM system, and their store – all managed independently of each other.

What made PILMMA love their new website?

This project proved to be a complex undertaking with multiple moving parts, but our creative team got to work to build a brand-new front-facing website that appeals to a high-end market, with a clear call to action and a focus on breaking up long sections of copy using color blocking, overlays, and typography, all without losing the flow. FPM also reoptimized PILMMA’s online store and fully integrated it with both their website and their CRM platform.
