The Kidds Place is a dentistry for children located in Spokane. Because everyone knows that going to the dentist is an important part of your child’s overall health. The Kidds Place is committed to providing the best early dental care for infants, adolescents, and kids with special needs, and they love what they do.
Dr. Cathy has practiced General Dentistry since 1988, when she graduated from Georgetown University School of Dentistry in Washington, DC. While living in the nation’s capital, she participated in many programs to provide access to care for the underprivileged. She also met and married her classmate, Dr. Joseph Luchini, a Spokane native. At The Kidds Place, Dr. Cathy practices as a general dentist exclusively for children.
The Problem
Dentists often make the mistake of assuming that the success of a dental website hinges exclusively on it being visually appealing, however, this isn’t the case– the number one overlooked problem with dental websites is the fact that they miss clear calls of action to drive new patient growth through site conversion. That was our goal with the Kidds Place: Drive conversions while making their brand look good!

What Rocked The Kidds Place
As we worked with the Kidds Place we quickly identified some areas that they could improve on– for starters, you’d be surprised how many dentists forget to make their phone number easily accessible on their dental website. They sacrifice an easy to find phone number on the homepage for a “sleek” and “modern” dental website design.
The phone number of a dental practice needs to be easy to find on a dental website homepage as well as on every other page of your site.
We worked hard to improve the language of the site as well– Patients visiting dental websites need to see proof that they can trust the dentist. Potential new patients need to believe that the dentist can do what they claim to be able to do.
