To The Letter is a tutoring, coaching, and test prep service in the greater Seattle area. Owner Erika Vanvick began tutoring for fun in 2016 and she loved it so much that she left her corporate editing & marketing job of 11 years to tutor and coach full time. Erika has had over 2,000 hours of one-on-one tutoring, coaching, and test prep behind her, and she loves what she does… as much today as she did at hour one.
Erika had the experience to create a powerful brand that would generate new leads and bring in more tutoring clients, but she didn’t have a design firm that could help her brand move in that direction. Her original brand name of, “Erika’s Tutoring” just didn’t instill a feeling of confidence and professionalism, in an industry that is filled with professional tutoring companies.
Erika’s previous clients showed that she had amazing tutoring and interpersonal skills, but they weren’t being highlighted and leveraged in any way– we knew that Erika deserved a better brand…

Erika is professional, warm, friendly, and trustworthy, so we rebranded her site in a way that communicated all of those things in an engaging way. We overhauled her UX to be more intuitive and conversion-friendly. And, we showcased all of her wonderful experience at the front-and-center of that design, with rotating testimonials, big, bold buttons, and lots of rich imagery. We helped Erika transform her brand into a more accurate reflection of who she is at her core.
