Web Design Makeover for Seattle-based Therapy Center C-Stars
The Center for Systematic Therapy and Research Services (C-Stars) provides a full range of psychological services, including individual, family, and couples therapy; support during transitions and interpersonal struggles, outpatient treatment programs for PTSD, substance abuse, and chemical dependency, sexual trauma recovery, and much more. They’ve been doing so for over 35 years, and doing it well!
The Problem
When C-stars approached us, they were using a website that dated back to the early 2000s and wasn’t fully accessible or mobile-friendly. Not only was it presenting an outdated face to their in-person and telehealth clients, it was also frustrating and difficult to use and not something they were proud of at all. We knew just how to help!
Working with C-Stars we were able to work hand-in-hand on their content, streamline it, pair down pages, and create a user experience that would guide clients to the correct areas that they needed to visit. We also ensured that the site was mobile-friendly and easy to access.
What made C-Stars smile about their new site?
When we work with clients, we create multiple drafts of their site, anticipate their needs, and build beautiful things. We’ve just always made that a priority for our clients.
