Educated Choices LLC is based in Issaquah, WA and provides college and career guidance counseling for students and families. Founder Kara Neary works closely with clients to take the stress out of college planning, match students to the right college community, and help students build a foundation for career success.

The Problem

An independent college and career counselor, Kara was ready to take the lead in the Issaquah and Sammamish areas of Western Washington.

While she had started a business for her services – Educated Choices LLC – she lacked a website to promote herself and give potential clients a way to get to know her. She also needed to build a brand around her newly-minted business.

The Solution

Fingerprint Marketing got to work designing a clean and easy-to-navigate website for Kara. It needed to be academic but approachable; we wanted to create welcoming a space for students and families to find credible information and guidance on taking the next step.

Our team was also tasked with writing content that’s conversational in tone yet packed with quality information. We began by working with Kara to plan and organize the content in a way that would be easily accessible for students and families. With a strategy in place, we then produced high-quality content her clients would care about.

And to give her brand a finishing touch, we custom-designed a modern logo depicting a variety of choices that have been zeroed in on the perfect one.

The Result

The Educated Choices website gives students and their families a one-stop source for their college and career counseling needs. Visitors can find helpful college prep resources and answers to their general questions. And prospective clients can learn more about working with Kara and book a consultation to get the conversation started.

Plus, a new blog, newsletter sign-up and social media links allow Kara to connect with her community, nurture those relationships and bring in quality leads.
