Pascale Travel is a luxury and adventure travel company that provides clients with a level of knowledge and customization they can’t get just anywhere. Based in Sammamish, Washington, travel specialist Pascale LeJeune works with clients to transform their global vacation dreams into luxurious, once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
Pascale spent years cultivating her reputation as a preferred partner to fine travel networks such as Virtuoso and Brownell. However, her image and audience had changed over the years, and she was ready to rebrand from adventure travel agent to luxury brand agency.
Fingerprint Marketing designed a fresh brand identity and website that appealed to a more discerning travel audience. We revamped the company image into one that is upscale and luxurious. We created a professional style guide to inform the opulent experience we wanted travelers to have when engaging with the brand. From there, we designed a posh new logo and business cards to put the finishing touch on the Pascale Travel experience.
Pascale’s website not only spoke to the wrong audience, but it was really busy and confusing for visitors. Plus, her existing web copy wasn’t representative of the high level of service she offered. She needed a site that appealed to the luxury travel market and made them think, “That’s how I want to feel on vacation!”
Because adventure travel is her trademark, we focused on weaving luxury into her copy and design. We shifted the conversation on her homepage and about page to one quickly paints the picture of what a lush adventure should look like. Next, we crafted a services page that gave visitors a behind-the-scenes look at Pascale’s signature Discover More process.
We then designed a striking website that incorporated Pascale’s travel photography, so as to highlight the beautiful trips and experiences she helps to create. Trips are no longer seen as simple vacations or getaways, but larger-than-life travel experiences that help visitors become excited about the endless possibilities.
And because Pascale’s website lacked any direct call to action, it wasn’t bringing in any leads. In lieu of an opt-in offer, we added an online scheduler to encourage visitors to book a complimentary consultation as well as capture new leads.
Pascale is in love with her new brand and website because they represent the “red carpet” experience she provides every client. Rather than bury her site, she brags about it daily. Her fresh brand, website, logo and business cards work together beautifully, and she can’t wait to show them off!
